Methodology

This prototype demonstrates how incidents could be recorded as structured, evidence-linked entries. The emphasis is on consistency, deduplication, and neutral presentation.

• Each incident is a canonical record with source links.
• Overlapping reports are deduplicated into one entry when possible.
• Fields include location, incident type, severity, date range, and outcomes.
• Offline-first scope focuses on real-world incidents and impacts.
